On Friday, November 20, 2020, God sent his angels for our beloved Mary Alice Moore Wade.  Mary was the daughter of the late Mozell Moore.  At a young age, Mary joined Jerusalem C.M.E. Church.  She was a faithful member and held several positions, including choir member, Missionary society, Sunday school teacher, and church secretary.

Mary attended San Augustine High School and graduated in 1974.  After graduation, she was employed by Holly Farms in San Augustine, Texas, which later became Tyson Foods in Center, Texas.  She continued to work for Tyson until her death.  Mary met and married Joe Wade in June 1986.

Mary was an integral member of the San Augustine Legacy Board of Directors, and we will miss her with all of our hearts.  Rest in Peace, Mary Alice.
